Yes. Tenants of private offices get allocated monthly parking from £180/month. Visitors and meeting guests can pre-book day passes at £12/day or £7/half-day. Paid car parks are 2–3 minutes' walk away if on-site parking is full.

The Glass Boardroom at Avicenna House starts at £15 per hour for up to 8 people, with floor-to-ceiling glazing, Wi-Fi, whiteboard, and on-site reception. Half-day is £55, full day £95.

Bookings are by the hour with a one-hour minimum. The Glass Boardroom is normally booked in 90-minute slots through the availability grid.

Wi-Fi, whiteboard, and a 55-inch screen on request are included. Bring your own laptop adapter; we have HDMI on hand.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booking are free. Reschedules within one month are at no cost.

Yes. Day offices start at £8/hour with a one-hour minimum, £24 for a half-day (up to 4 hours), and £42 for a full day (09:30–17:30).

Pre-booking guarantees a desk and is recommended. Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability — call ahead if you can.
